This means, let none of you be a murderer or a thief or an evildoer...
If born again people can't commit these offense, why warn against them?
Also, is calling someone a fool not evil? Please check the definition of evil? So by your own definition Paul is not a born again.

The big difference between you and me is that you believe that one of Jesus Christ statements have to be false for the other to be true. I know that both statements are true and without fault. Jesus knew what he was saying. He is perfect and he knows that both statements are possible.
So 2 things here.
1. Jesus Christ stated that except a man is born again he can't enter the kingdom of God
2. He promised the thief Paradise
Both are true and correct because Jesus can't lie
So even if the robber was not born again, he would definitely have been born again before entering paradise.
Lastly where is paradise?
Revelation 2:7

7 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.
This tells you the location of paradise. Do you still think there are 2 kingdoms?

For your religion to be correct, Jesus Christ needs to be wrong. But for me, I am comfortable accepting all his truths.
I know that only the born again can see the kingdom and so the robber will never enter his kingdom without being born again.
What I do not know is if the robber was born again at that moment but clearly, he must fulfill that condition before entering the kingdom of God.

Yes he was addressing born again Christians. And there would not have been a need to advise them if like you say, they are not capable of such.
