Yes, they will pay you in GBP, that what I am using. Any currency you make will be converted to GBP when it is sent to your Grey account.

Withdrawal limit should be 5k dollars monthly or so.

I was able to understand the niche research well, in fact, I have gotten up to 3 good but low competitive niches. The next big issue is understanding the keyword research. That is what is holding me back.
