Elegushi family set to sue lady who claimed Oba Elegushi fathered Mohbad’s son, Liam


A Social Media user identified as Tosin Raj has found herself in trouble after posting that Oba Elegushi is the real father of Mohbad’s son, Liam.

The lady took to her social media page to saying that the Oba of Elegushi is rumored to be the real father of the child of the late artist, Mohbad.

However, the lady deleted her social media post a few hours after she posted it on her page.

Addressing the issue, a representative from the Elegushi family, Otunba took to his social media page to disclose that the necessary actions have been taken against Tosin Raj over her recent post about the Oba of Elegushi.

I love this. Everyone must be able to defend whatever they put out in the public. Wrongdoings must have consequences in Nigeria.

She can defend herself with a good Lawyer and she will just write an apology.
1. Oba Elegushi and Mohbad are not anybody's REAL names and don't have Registered Trademarks.
2. She used RUMOURED and SUPPOSEDLY. That's not direct accusations.
3. She did not mention anybody's name.

She didn't actually state the allegation affirmatively. She said the monarch is 'rumored to be supposedly...'
