Good morning N'Landers,

I woke up early and I was hungry, I needed to step down before main food will be ready, the only small small food I've at home is cereal for my babies, I'm not really interested in that..

I checked home no milo again and we have few milk at home so I decided to go and but things I can quickly consume..

1. Bread×2 🍞 (₦2,000)
2. Milo =N1,800
3. Three crown milk = ₦450
4. Blue band butter = ₦1,000
5. Dangote sugar = ₦400

Behold ₦5,650 well spent, I took ₦6,000 in my pocket out and I came back with ₦350...
There should be cheaper substitutes for each of the 5 items listed without losing quality though.

With the present exchange rate this is consistent with the prices of same goods in Cameroon, the difference is most Cameroonians don't complain that much. A few items on the list though are slightly cheaper compared to Cameroon. The truth is prices of most items have soared across the globe and Africa in particular whose economy is driven by the fluctuations of raw materials at the international market
You are very funny person... What do you people gain in defending rubbish.... Am sure if this country collapse today your kinds will still find a way to justify it... Firstly isn't it a shame to compare Nigeria, a giant of Africa with Cameroon?.. think about it.... Secondly Cameron currency FCFA now has more value to naira @ 1naira/0.77fcfa... thats another shame.... Thirdly, Cameroon boosts of $64 as minimum wage while Nigeria ur giant of Africa boost of $35 as minimum wage. Let me ask you when last did you see contonou labor workers in Nigeria? You rarely see them again bcuz even Cotonou CFA now has value to naira. Few yrs ago I changed Ghana cedis to naira @ #1000 - 4000 Ghana cedis today 1000ghana cedi is about #65,000. Even the poorest countries in Africa are increasing their minimum wage everyday but Nigeria has remained at 30k. Had a WhatsApp chat with a friend in S.A after she viewed a job I posted for #150k on my status... She asked me how much was #150k in dollars I did the calculation and told her... This lady laughed me to scorn.. I felt so embarrassed, but little did she know that was far above our minimum wage. In Africa Nigeria has one of the poorest currency, this happened within the last eight yrs.. even the poor Cameroon u compared Nigeria the giant of Africa to has higher currency and better minimum wage. It pains me that ur like will defend anything..

The youths have resorted to enthnotribal sentiments over logic, rationalism and progressive pursuits.

If I'm in US I won't complain because I will get value for my money, and I xan use my 2hours pay check to buy it, compare to having to stay for a full month to earn a meagre salary

My point is that post covid inflation is hitting every country.....the only difference is that Western economies cannot be hit hard compared to developing Countries.....

But Almost all developing Countries are currently facing post pandemic inflation so give Nigeria a Break!

Ours isnt the regular inflation boss. Its easy to rake $130-$150 per day in America. This caters for even 2-4 months groceries. In Nigeria, three months salaries cant cater for a workers monthly groceries. Nigerians are going thru hell

hello, happy new week. I need your advice. I got an
offer from outcess at opebi for multichoice. The pay
is 55k. I'm in the training phase. They told us we
will make 110 calls per day. That's the target. As
someone who has worked there b4, I want to know,
is it 110 successful and unsuccessful calls or 110
successful calls? I'm worried. put me through.

Good morning,

When I was working there, it was 130 successful calls, they were not even called outcess, but it was when I was about to leave that, it was changed to outcess and they now moved to ikeja, from lekki phase1...

You can take the job if you have nothing doing presently, but have it at the back of your mind that, it might be difficult for you to get another job, if you work there, because you might not have time for other interview and no off days, it Mondays to Friday, except if you have a good supervisor, you will just take like 4hours from him to attend interview and come back, so he will cover you up...

Be ready for anything that comes your way..

I wish you success
