I actually don't know what the Quorum is with respect to Rivers state HOA sitting requirement, but if the Quorum is not met and these set of HOA members go ahead to pass that budget and the Governor starts spending based on its passage, then the governor has invariably given the other 27 members reason to impeach him.
He should be wise with whatever he is doing.

Fubara is fighting a right fight the foolish way. You do this kind of thing at the tail end of your first tenure or second tenure in office.
As it stands, Tinubu won't allow Fubara defeat Wike. Remember that one of Fubara's "offences" was inviting Atiku to his inauguration. That is Tinubu's opponent.
