1. Nobody should access the Rivers Assembly Complex until proper renovation is done by the Governor.

2. Nobody should use the Police to gain access to the building in whatever guise until the building is conducive enough for sittings.

3. Amaewhule & Dumle (Speaker & Dep-Speaker, let's say of Wike faction) should not interfere or disturb proceedings by Ehie Edison as he discharges his statutory legislative duties of summoning and holding meetings (functions of a Speaker), issuing notices, passing resolutions & bills.

The court will interpret if there is any chaos or not, if PDP takes it to court for interpretation. Those 27 members cited the crisis surrounding the position of the party National Secretary as what engineered their cross carpeting.

Well their seats have been declared vacant by the presently recognized speaker. The instruction immediately would be transmitted to INEC and in turn INEC expected to set a schedule to by elections in their constituencies.

Expect PDP to ensure that they never return to the seats. Expect the 27 to fight in the courts. Expect Wike to use his contacts to fight. Expect APC to fight on their behalf.
