While the Wike camp and that of the governor are all manipulating our laws to advance their strategic interest, there is no regulatory timeline for a budget to be passed after submission. Then the quorum part, it is no longer 1/3 of 32 members since the seats of 26 members has been declared vacant as stipulated by law. They abandoned the platform upon which they were elected for no lawful reason so their seats is so declared vacant.
