For example in Aba, Owerri, Onitsha Akwa, each streets you will see 5 bore holes some streets all the houses have their own water drilled inside the compound.There are little rivers and streams here and there in Enugu. We make use of water tankers in Enugu. It was 4k to fill 4000 GP tank when I was there. I don't know how much now.
