Lol, do you still wonder why Nigeria's judiciary is not fit for purpose? Even on NL, abuse of position/privilege by mods is common place. grin

Black man! 🙂

Good morning to you jare! grin
One day nairaland will get hacked and every thing on here will be leaked including details of these mods

Which one tastes better and more delicious when fried?

Make your choice please.
Most of us at MANNA like the curve plantain,
It is more juicy and fleshy.

God bless y'all.

Nice!

Please, can you share the process on how to make the juice?
Cane Juice Recipe

2 sugar cane - 200 naira
1 big lemon - 50 naira
1 medium ginger
1/2 cup water

Peel and washed your sugar cane.
Cut into small pieces so it can blend well.
Note: This is supposed to be done with a juicer but I don’t have it so I used this option.

Blend a small portion using the half cup of water. Sieve out the juice with a cheese cloth.
Pour the sieve juice and blend another batch.
Repeat till you’ve blended all
You should add in the ginger and zest of lemon to any of the batch during blending.
Note: The lemon zest contains the essential lemon oil. Add it, don’t waste it.

After the entire process, squeeze in your lemon juice via a sieve.
Mix and refrigerate.
Trust me, it is going to be concentrated and very yummy using this method.

Bonus: You can throw in the lemon back into your bathing water after squeezing the juice. It has anti microbial and other benefits. Use it as nature’s dettol

Again, this is a healthy drink with lot of benefits.

It’s been a long time, Foodies! Peeking in to see everyone posting delicious food as usual. I’m hosting my first Christmas party of 2023 with a seafood theme. The appetizers have been devoured. Simmering on the stove for our hungry guests are Crab/Catfish Stew, rice, and peas with peppers fresh from my garden. Hopefully they enjoy eating as much as I enjoyed cooking! 😋

You should try this loader with brioche, I think you'll like it.

The Doritos is quite tricky for me though. smiley

I used sliced brioche wink

I prefer kettle cooked BBQ chips usually though but spicy Doritos works in a pinch
