There is proof however, that APC stalwarts started clamouring to share the ECA when it was $9bn and when they eventually succeeded, it was $15bn.

I as a Yoruba follow support Jonathan till he left office, Jonathan tried but he was also not the best because he was afraid to stamp his feet on the ground and take major decision, may be because of the circumstances that brought Him to power.
Insecurity was very bad during his tenure, embezzlement was very high.
If Jonathan was able to remove fuel subsidy, it would have affected the economy as we are having it now because prices of things will also go up
