None of the verses you quoted states that the enemies of Christians are law abiding. The verse from Luke talks about tax.

Saving myself from danger totally differs from taking sides by carrying weapons.

If i pick up anything to attack a thief i know it's justified because the law is in place to protect me for self defense but when i pick up weapons to go against an authorized army then i'm fighting not to save myself but to support the government of my choice which is unchristian.
