I knew that virtual addiction is very bad yet I kept playing despite knowing the consequences but icoui stop not until someone advice me to stop entering their outlet that I was able to stop it.

the end goal of gymnastics is to exercise.

theres a difference between going to the the gym n exercising. you could go to the gym and end up not exercising. walk in and walk out. or you could stay in your house and do pressups and squats repeatedly without going to the gym

I listened to any kind of music. Provided it got some good flow and beats to match from amapiano, to afro jam, to country music to Indian son, Hausa song, Yoruba song, Igbos song, Arab song to Chinese song.

To end your addiction ie your masturbation, is easy IF only YOU'RE TRUTHFUL TO YOURSELF and you follow these steps I outline to you:

1) Take out two sheets of paper

2) write out ALL the things you love doing on one sheet of paper ie

i) listening to juice wurld/listening to music,
ii) reading love novels,
iii) eating your favorite food (rice n plantains)
iv) complaining. Etc

You know yourself AND THE THINGS YOU LOVE...those little things you do cus no one sees...write all of them down

2b) Then take the second sheet of paper and write down ALL the things you hate doing ie
i) eating beans
ii) listening to trap songs
iii) reading a particular 'genre' of book
iv) doing exercises...you name it.
IF EARLY MORNING EXERCISES IS WHAT YOU HATE DOING, THEN YOU DO IT. it falls under the things you HATE doing. if bathing with cold water in the morning or using premier cool soap is what you hate doing, then you do it for this 30 day period since it falls under the things you HATE doing


Now here's your salvation on a golden platter:

After outlining the things you love doing and the things you hate doing, STOP DOING ALL THE THINGS YOU LOVE DOING AND START DOING ALL THE THINGS YOU HATE DOING FOR 30 DAYS STRAIGHT!!!


After doing the things you hate doing for 30 DAYS STRAIGHT, you stop doing the things you hate doing and you start doing the things you love doing...by then, your masturbation, porn watching, gambling, drinking would be a thing of the past

Trust me, I dont know of all the advice youve received concerning your addiction problems but if it's not what I just just outlined here, you just might be wasting your precious time

If you're truthful to yourself about the love doing and the things you hate doing, you'll be free I promise you this. Lolzzz...and yes...all the steps I outlined, I've followed them also now I'm free. Done n dusted...now it's all behind me

the main message the authors of those books are trying to pass is scattered across different pages. The main idea of the book youre reading to end your addiction could be in chapter 5 of a 700 paged book. and what do you think?
your konji is going to wait for you to reach that chapter?! your addiction will be on pause!

youll only end up masturbating your way to that chapter and by the time you reach the main idea of the book, youll feel its too late for you.
