I used to work as a security guard in ojodu berger, my colleague there was a total azzhole and madman. He is very dirty, uncultured and ungroomed he talks and quarells like a mad man, when he eats he eat like a hungry lion and liters bones and food on the table, he only washes his plates when he needs them, he is from the southwest.
Normally i don't take shit from anybody but i decided to comform and overlook things, we had little arguments here and there fast-forward to the d day when we were having this heated argument and everyone was fired up this guy was ranting and i was replying him, next thing he threw the Pepsi he was drinking from his cup on me, i was mad.
Immediately I remembered my secondary school days, last time i fought
I came closer and lifted him and threw him on the ground, i mounted on him ready to dish blows but what i saw on the tiles was blood, the idiot probably landed with his forehead there was a cut on his head and he was bleeding seriously, immediately i free him, his madness reduced. He reported to our office and i also did telling them what happened and that he bruised his face while fighting with me.
Later in the morning our patrol also from the Southwest came and the guy told him that i stabbed him with bottle, the stupid patrol sided with him saying that it's a cut wound, he canceled my own part of the story and was faulting me for injuring him believing the guy's lies.
That stupid patrol with his big belle and ugly face he's on nairaland here he deducted 10k from my salary and sacked me but ogun will definitely kill him, even though i reported this guy's behavior many times to him but he did nothing about it.
Anyway, I have learnt a more cunny way to deal with people like this.

At work place, you don't fight.
The first person to throw a punch is fired.
Then both fighters are fired.
Y'all can take the fight out of the company tho, if you got scores to settle.

At work place, you don't provoke a person to a fight, the first person to do that could be fired.
Both of you o

Regardless of the tribal hate which I have been able to spot, I'll advise you to learn life and understand nairaland tribal or political differences isn't the same with real life.
Make peace outside, nobody gives a fkc about where you are from

I dislike the stupid behavior of this south west people.. Once they notice you can't speak or hear their language, they'll use it to opress you... They can lie and side themselves even when it is very glaring that they're at fault, just to defend themselves and oppress others... It's very bad.. I've been victimised many times angry

It's kind of dicey cos in that situation the supervisor is not available, im talking of the superior.
I could just report and it will go away, u know, it actually felt good breaking the idiot head. My only problem was that supervisor, i work and go but that guy is permanent that's also why he preferred him.

That's where you got it all wrong.
Don't be in a hurry to establish dominance.
Observe carefully and study everyone's behavioural pattern, then act.

That way, you would be using more of tact, rather than brawn and emotions.
