What stops them from building a world class hospital here in Nigeria with professional doctors and nurses to work there thereby creating job opportunities, but they would prefer to go to other countries for treatment , how many western or European president have you seen come to Africa or Nigeria for medical treatment? they say charity begins at home, but not in this part of the world , we never appreciate what we have or upgrade and build something that the populace will benefit from. You guys always forget one thing when a very rich person dies? All his connections and wealth and riches did not die,they have passed to his children,and definitely children's children.
