It is too petty of you to be so fixated on tribe bro. There are much better things to give your attention to. Don't do shit just because someone else does it.
You start preaching now? They na the wasteland always find trouble first?

Thank God,Ibadan city only has more infrastructures and more developed than the entire 5 SE states.
This hotel is an equivalent of an event centre in Ibadan.

And what should I do with it? I should lodge there so that Bishop’s Cocaine-Trafficking rivals can come and blast me like they did during the Ozubulu Church Massacre in 2018?

Mba, leave me in my Southwest, I am doing just fine.
Is like you have forgotten that richest man in osun who killed man that lodge in his hotel for ritual. The baba is still in the prison as I am typing

But you have remained poor after mining skull and eating flesh for ritual.

Beautiful hotel when built but go back there after 4/5 yrs u won't recognize it again due to lack of maintenance.

They can't pay staff for maintenance or maintain a good salary structure because they want to keep 80% profit to themselves, that's how an ordinary Igbo runs his business. Maximum profit

I give it to the Igbos when it comes to hospitality and great hotels.. one of the best experiences I've had and still can't forget was in Awka. If you see food ehnn, well prepared and delicious. I think it was 4 Star hotel or 5 Star even.
the reason y they build hotel
Is that nobody stays in their city so they only go there once in a while n many don’t go home so it’s normal to stay in hotels

Is Ibadan and Southwest part of the places in Nigeria where it is "common"?

The same Ibadan that Reno Omokiri claims people pay to watch dilapidated buildings
Be like say you neva reach Ikeja or lekki lagos before.
