See Amad that did so well in a very tough Championship last season, coming on today and not doing as expected. If he get his chance to start the next games and still doesn't do well, i will tag him a small club mentality player too. Many of this players fail at big clubs not for lack of talent, but majorly for lack of self belief or self improvement.
