Abeg I need help. Has anyone traveled for Umrah from uk before and got visa on arrival with their BRP?

I was using an agent to do the process but he said I can travel with the BRP and get a visa on arrival.

I chatted Saudi rep online and got the attached response. The rep said visa on arrival is possible with UK resident permit and then he went ahead to made mention of having a permanent residence even after clarifying with him I’m not on PR yet but I have a residence permit.

I’m really confused and don’t know what to believe now because I no wan get to Saudi and chop breakfast.

Anyone with a practical experience please ?

With a British passport, you can get visa on arrival, with BRP please sort your visa before leaving the UK. I can give you a sure plug though in naija that can help with visa arrangements while you sort flights.

Why would you want to do this when she's not based in UK?

Good question.

It's called the National (not International) Health Service for a reason.

Heard of something called Travel insurance before?
Heard of something called health insurance before?

‘Free’ registration at the GP’s is supposed to be for persons who are UK residents & who have paid something called Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS).

2023 was a good year for Equity Market investors like me....

I have 45% return in NYSE ISA stocks and shares minus quarterly dividend payments

In my NSE (NGX), l have 73% return minus annual dividend and some interim dividend payments

Conduct a pre MOT inspection check yourself.......

- Check all your tyres are within legal limits.....
- Check all your lights...
- Check your seatbelts......
- Ensure no warning lights are on.....
- Check your wiper blades .....
- Check your wiper water reservoir is got fluids and clearing your windscreen......
- Ensure your discs and pads are not pitted......
- The body of your vehicle, must not have any dangerous sticking objects......
- Remove air freshener, from rear view mirror...
- Ensure no phone holders are obstructing views.....
Etc etc etc etc .......🤣😁

Thank you so much for this detail. I will do it ASAP. In the event that any of the above fails the pre mot test, should I fix them before taking it for MOT or I should just wait till MOT day assuming I won't be driving it until after MOT

Hello
Please to those that have invited their parents to the UK;
1. Can I apply for visiting visa for my mum while living in 2bedroom apartment with a kid?
2. Is there any income cap for visa to be approved?
3. Kindly suggest the basic things to aid visa approval.

Thank you in advance.

If most of the items on this list are wrong, your vehicle would fail MOT....... So it's important to sort them out prior (the essence of pre MOT inspection)..…...🤣

A dependant visa has no restrictions, expect sportsperson, hence a dependant is free to switch or work anywhere. However, student MA cannot switch and must wait till end of studies to switch. Students can’t also become dependents if their partner switches while schooling

1. You can.
2. Not really, just show consistent income and add your offer letter + 6 months payslip.
3. I added my house contract, bank statement (£2,500 bal), AMEX credit card statement, her cover letter, my invitation letter, birth certificate, our pictures together, her CAC docs + pictures of her in front of her 3 shops, picture of her and her dog (emotional support animal), her 4 months bank statement (N500k bal), letter from her Pastor.

She was denied visit visa to 2 Schengen countries this year, but UK gave her the 6 months visa.

Every dependant should try and switch visa as soon as possible before Spring 2024. The student can join them whenever they finish their studies.

Just to clarify : Why cant she sleep? Is the pain from the piles keeping her awake?

If the pain from the piles is keeping her awake, i would go to the A&E. No guarantee she wont be told to have a CT scan.

If she is just not sleeping for no reason, i would hold on till she goes back to Nigeria then see a GP in Nigeria.
