I agree with you on the conviction part, however I am sorry to say he didn't live long because of her.

Once he was diagnosed, she should have asked him to resign as Governor immediately so he can face his issues squarely.

Like I said before, Aketi would have resigned as soon as Betty insisted. Instead we had pictures of an emaciated Aketi watching champions league football or news of him trying to rule from Ibadan.
