Lol. Seun's naivete never fails to amuse me. Yet I like the chap as it seems he is a sincere and nice person who has read the rule book of entrepreneurship to understand that admitting you are wrong is actually an emotionally intelligent leadership asset rather than a deficit as most Nigerians think.

I warned Seun a while back, under a previous username I deregistered, that his affair with twitter would end in tears ultimately.

I implored Seun to engage with Nairalanders on the now great platform he created and stop pandering to those sanctimonious pseudo-intellectuals and empty blowhards on twitter only interested in the sound of their own voice.

My argument was that Nairaland, though full of offensives louts and the most abominable human beings to exist, is an unfiltered, sincere and better reflection of the reality of Nigeria we must all accept rather than twitter where many hide their real thoughts and intrinsic feeling to serve up what they believe others want to hear. Seun did not listen back then.

At least Seun proves he has the character to note his wrongs, eventually, and attempt to right them which is more than I can say for majority of Nigerians who never backtrack even when it is crystal clear they are on a road to perdition.

Kudos to Seun. A lot of his behaviour he gets mocked for are actually due to a fair understanding of the tenets of emotional intelligence many Nigerians have no clue of.
