That's why all our governors and highest-ranking politicians have "Pastor", " Deacon" and other such titles - even jettisoning their professional titles - when seeking political positions and consolidating on power.

Udom built that Worship Center to pacify the Christian leaders. It was needless since there are already two stadia in the state capital, and the very spacious Ibom Hall dedicated to such things.

Unless, of course, the incumbent Governor democratises access to it to be used for other purposes, it has no economic value. Beautiful? Yes. But pointless. That he completed it doesn't mean he didn't waste relatively scarce resources on it.
