The moment you make up your mind to stop it and put in much efforts to eradicate it , it will leave you for good. It's a very chronic addiction that can drain you and make you look quite older than your actual age. Masturbation will turn you to grandpa with dry, wrinkled face, peeled manhood, vulnerable immune system, watery sperm due to excessive ejaculation and extreme muscle fatigue

Do everything to stop masturbation if you are still into it. If Verydarkblackman can advise men to stop masturbation as one of his new year resolution, then I don't know what you are still waiting for.

I am saved never to go back

I never messed up with a woman though. As a result of frequent ejaculation from masturbation, I could last hours with a woman and they enjoyed it.
