Ancestor in baby's stature. Buy handkerchief, it is very cheap. Using your hands to clean your nose and shaking the next person that greets you is unhygienic.

It's why I wash my hands once I return from anywhere, it gets so bad that I'll just buy water and wash it. I rarely move out without handkerchief.
Once I shake someone my hands disgust me till I wash it.

Worst is, I occasionally but my nails 😁

I just witnessed this dude blow his nose, use his hands to clean and rub it on his trousers.

Most will rub their hands together as if they are rubbing cream.

Why do most adults hardly go out with a handkerchief?

I never leave the house without one. My husband particularly makes sure. He buys them in bulk, he ensures I have matching colours with my outfits at times, and when they're dirty, he replaces them. Because of him, I don't bother anymore, he remembers even if I forget.

I was in a meeting, my handkerchief dropped, just for me to pick and I saw it in the hands of another person using it to clean his face

Let the unhygienic breathe!
Leave everybody with their problem as long as they are not clean their hands on public walls and posing public health danger.

Alternatively, call the concerned individual to order otherwise rest.

Do you know how many times garri sellers and even producers deep their hands in their nose and anus before you came to buy the ones you have been eating?
Jewesgratitud3:
This issue here is why I stopped shaking hands randomly with people. So most times when I'm approaching you, I'll put my hands in my pocket. No matter how you shine teeth I'll not shake your hands.

One woman did something recently and I returned the item she sold to me.

I went to buy soup condiments and I now had a craving for ijebu garri. So I told her to measure for me. In the course of doing other things she now scratched her nose. Omo I glued my eyes to that hand and was watching how she was going to measure that garri. Instead of her to use cups to measure it she just dipped that hand and measured it. She tied it and gave it to me, I told her please hold it, I don't have enough to cover for the garri that I can only pay for the soup condiments for now. Na so I carry myself run commot for her shop.

Another one, the guy was asking me how much garri at the same time scratching his nose, I just weak and told him don't worry abeg and left. On two occasions, two different garri sellers did this same thing and I leave them Waka commot.

Very dirty habit.

One of the reasons I don't like shaking hands with people is because the highlighted.

If you observe very well, such people are quick to stretch out their hands for a handshake. sad cool
Re: Leaving The House Without A Handkerchief by tuzle(m): 2:26pm On Jan 11
Even the use of handkerchief in itself is dirty. I think tissue is better as it can be disposed immediately. There is no way u will use handkerchief to blow ur nose continuously and the germs or whatever u are avoiding wont get to ur hand.

Here in the west blowing nose and rubbing on hair or trousers, or the aforementioned ways listed on this thread, is how it's done. Good luck with carrying extra load to pass for a clean person.
