Sadly National and State Assembly election petitions terminates at the Appeal court but erring justices of the court of Appeal can be sanction by NJC upon application by affected parties.

I read somewhere that the COA President is former Governor Simon Lalong’s cousin who is the Leader of APC in Plateau State. Unlike in other states, only one Panel of COA sat and decide all cases emanating from the State and National Assembly elections in Plateau State. do the maths!
