Nigerian players are playing with agidi, it makes the match looks like gidigbo, Equatorial Guinea seems to be more mature with the way they control the ball.

I thought I was the only one who noticed this. Super chickens just dey play without directions, it makes the match boring. The match becomes lively when guinea handles the ball.

Super chickens never serious to win

He was supposed to dive the ball of course

He could not in that situation.

I understand your concern, the whole team is blunt.

45+3 min better from Nigeria, a clever pass from Iwobi, through, the middle, allowing Osimhen to move wide to Simon, who shoots low and hard … but Owono does just about enough, diving to divert the ball against the near post for a corner which comes to nothing

It's not just about the goal. This goal keeper hasn't shown any hint that he is good. He looks bulky, doesnt move well, and hasn't made any save so far..

He looks like a ticking time bomb that will explode soon when he starts facing shots on target.

Give him benefit of doubt first.

One shot on target, one goal. What type of keeper did we take to this AFCON?

That well placed ball can beat any excellent keeper, not his fault at all

He didn't put his point across well.
What he should have said is that in clear offside situations, the flag and whistle should be blown,to ward off unnecessary injury.
In situations like this osimhein own,it wasn't that clearcut and so the flag stayed down.
I think the rule will soon be reviewed because those obvious ones have caused 1 or 2 avoidable injuries and that's what people are advocating against.
No, if it's close and goal bound, the assist ref are advised to keep the flag down

I hate to sound like this but the truth must be said. I don’t think Nigeria will go far in this Nations Cup. You may be seeking for a reason but that’s just the bitter truth.
Righteousness exalts a nation. A nation that’s plagued with corruption and shedding of blood wants to be exalted amongst other nations. If not for the prayer of the Church in this country, things would have been worst for the citizens.
Gone are those days when people gather together to support our sportsmen. The people have now been divided across the lines of politics, religion and tribalism.
Until righteousness is restored back to the nation from the top to the bottom…

NB: Take a look at the NTA transmission and see how poor it is. The quality has not improved since all these years. What happened to all the money pumped into it? There are many things wrong with the nation.
Other African countries are here to sell groundnut. What is the reason why it is called competition. We need to respect other countries.
