Him for wire the same R6 against oblak when em Dey with huesca na 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Your super Eagles have been playing friendlies ever since. Why haven't any of your midfielders wired such R2 shot past Owenuo mbonuo Mengunou in any of those low key friendlies?

I'm sure you're not aware that "number 10 guy" played at the Olympic games in Brazil.

very aware of that

But since he dribbled all of Atleti’s defense with Oblak and scored a lovely solo goal he should be super eagles number 10 till date 😜😜😜😜

Or even captain self 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Also Oduamadi that scored 4 goals against Tahiti should be our number 9 till date 😜😜😜

onyedika and Al Hass no Dey play the same position

Onyedika is a natural CDM while Al Hass is b2b/CM

Onyedika is battling for a starters shirt with Onyeka

The player Al Hass benched was aribo

Know their roles first before arguing 🤣🤣🤣
so Aribo is a b2b player to you omniknowest grin grin, have you not since Onyeka play b2b/cm for Nigeria. Abi ndidi that alhassan replace is a b2b player. As grade E coach wey you be, see your mouth like b2b abi CDM cheesy cheesy cheesy

Kelechi Iheanacho, Paul Onuachu, and even Henry Onyekuru are more clinical in front of goal when compared to Osimhen. Note that Osimhen is also a good finisher. You will need more than talent to get to the top. Osimhen has more than talent.

Aribo plays mostly in that role for the super eagles

Jpes has his reasons of picking Onyeka for the cdm role instead of onyedika

No Dey reason with ur anus

I don’t care the position he played in that game but judging by your take he should be a super eagles regular till date because of the sumptuous goal he scored against Atleti

Ghana's loss is like a Nigerian win.

With all their badmouth online when SE drew.

Most of the minnows have improved..the gap isn't as high as it was 10,15 yrs ago.

You have issues with inferiority complex, always trying to associate yourself with the next big thing. This was the same Osimhen you kept trashing when he was making efforts to pick himself up, the same trashing that you have now for Nwakali.

Yekini baba himself it took time before he found his rhythm many years of below average performances in the national team before he hit his peak. Please criticize and push Osimhen to be better but easy on the demoralizing comments.

No be me criticize Osimhen o, the genesis of the discourse was that Osimhen shouldn't be compared with Yekini because of his miss and the argument was that Yekini too dey miss chances abi.

You make it sound as if Nwakali have been up to nothing. Wasn't he named man of the match in his club's game just this December?

This is how some of us have been clamouring for a change in the Gk position and midfield. Today Nwabili and Al hassan put up a commanding performance.

Same will happen when Igho Ogbu and Nwakali are brought in.

Chaves may dem dey beat for home 3 zero which day here

That team na trash.... notwithstanding i wish nwakali well but for now he is not super eagles material

We have much better players
You don't have any better midfielder when overall contributions is in perspective not even the Alhassan that we saw today, that is the plain truth. Nwakali created more scoring chances than what Ndidi and Aribo could do despite starting only one game in the last AFCON. Nwakali carefully intercepted passes more than Ndidi when the duo was paired, also in the last AFCON.

Nwakali does this effortlessly and top clubs or any club in top 5 leagues still have not come snatch him up

Nwakali supporters are the problem of this thread. How you guys glorify and hail the mysterious talent of this journeyman that is invisible to top club scouts in germany, england, italy, spain and even france baffles me

You guys need to come of it.

You guys are always quick to run to top clubs. Top clubs have midfielders that can deliver these qualities. The question is, DOES SUPER EAGLES HAVE PLAYERS APART FROM NWAKALI WITH THESE QUALITIES?

Nwakali supporters are not the problem. It is just a case of bias and hate.

Finito.

Cape Verde played absolutely fantastic football. No respect at all for the supposed "bigger team". I see them going really far in this tourney.

Meanwhile, it's virtually over for the bredas. They now have to battle it out with Salah's Egypt and then face the fearless Mozambicans.

E sweet me die
Ghana is already out.

Salah took Egypt to the WC 18 since 1990.
Osimhen had the chance but couldn't do so at home against a weak Ghana

wc 18 participants were chosen through the group winners of the qualifiers. You seem to forget that even salah could not pass the final round of WC 22 qualifiers against Senegal. Abeg park this narrative enter bush.

Of course. Senegal are the best team in Africa while Egypt apart from Salah have no one else.
Salah is basically the one dragging them through.
I wasn't comparing anyway cause Salah and Osimhen shouldn't even be put in the same conversation.
