There was some form of dumsor in Ghana in the past week but at least on the 10th of January, Ghana paid WAPCo the 13 million dollars being owed in order to restore the gas flow which was cut off for few days.

No, it was in some selected part of the country , not entire Ghana . And this was mainly due to maintenance rather than owing.

Nairobi is rationalizing is electricity , this is not happening in accra
