Please help I'm always confused and depressed. And this happen to me almost every evening .

Your suggestions and advise I'll appreciate

Maybe is because of what you think about every evening.
I wish you peace of mind.

Find someone or something to love.

you think about too many negative and sad stuffs whenever you are alone or calm especially in the evenings..find something to make you happy and free in the evenings (NOT DRUGS OR ALCOHOL)..you could try reading stuffs that interest you,it could be sports or comics...I wish you the best...if it continues,you need a psychiatrist immediately for proper diagnosis and medication

You need to search within yourself to know the reason you are depressed.
It doesn't necessarily mean that you are broke or that your love life is bleeped up.

There was a time I was feeling very depressed, I was so sad for no reason. And mind you. I just got one money like that which I've been expecting for a while. I had enough food to last me months, and I'd always been healthy and ik not broke. So why was I depressed? I called my parents to get sure everything was well with them , I called other important people and everyone was fine.

You know what I did, I took some sleeping tablets and when I woke. Depression ran off. I was kinna depressed because I had no sleep for days.

I can relate. Try getting someone to love or get a pet like a dog. Dogs can help. If you cant afford all these foreign breed, get ekuke. They are called man's best friend for a reason. Also attempt music. Omahlay songs among others can help sha. If na woman you like, tell am. dis life no hard

Reduce mastubation or stop it

For the main time, get a local dog.

Then, look into your self and your life.
Try not to be lonely, and when you are lonely, try not to be idle - except you are resting.

Then, connect to God.

Have a sleep first, sleeping helps alot in forget abt ur troubles into another world to rest, but i no say make u 4rm there die, God 4bid!!..

if it happens to you every evening, then when evening comes, sleep... then use the rest of the day to be productive...
