I think so too.....Most of them will be scared. ...Since that useless Buhari refused to do anything.

I am 100% certain that, Mrs Edu will be sacked. as a warning to others.
But Olubunmi Tunji Ojo won't be sacked.

Tinubu shoukd also look into the looting and embezzling going on in these ministries e.g Agriculture, health, Education and most importantly Nigerian Port and Petroleum.....

Frauds.
A simple search on the world wide web revealed that that some of those companies who were beneficiaries of the 3bn have been inactive for a while.
Nigeria Government is a joke and a monumental disgrace.
Bloody corrupt vagabonds.

Bayo Onanuga, onikuuuure!

If you utilized the education given to you by your poor parents you would know what figure of speech I used there.

Again, you're a big fool just trying to sound wise.

If you actually did some calculations before you comment, you would realize it works out to about N3.875m per local government. It’s not a huge amount for a verification exercise.
in ignorance or carelessness, you reinforced my point. That amount is too small to achieve any real verification that involves interacting with the so called beneficiaries.

It really isn’t. You are within a LG, the so called beneficiaries and addresses are known. How much are you goi g to spend in transport within a LG (which is the main expense) that will gulp N3.7m? The people doing the verification will almost certainly be moving around on Okadas. How much will it cost to charter a few okadas for a few verification staff for say 2 weeks?

I don’t know how much okadas costs but let us assume it costs 10,000 a day, you have 14 verification staff per local govt and n2000 allowance a day for 2 weeks that’s 12000 x 14 x 14 days is about N2.3m.

If you prefer to view it by ward, there are about 3,800 wards in Nigeria. It should cost less than N1m to verify beneficiaries in each ward. Which is approx N3b.

A memo dated December 18, 2023, from the Office of Chief of the Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, titled ‘Conveyance of approval; Re: appeal to use N3,000,000,000.00 (three billion naira) from the Covid-19 palliative fund for verification of the national social register

The above means that there was a Covid-19 palliative fund meant for the good of Nigerians but was held-up by the government and a great part of it probably stolen already.

This goes to show that our leaders are not just corrupt but also wicked and inhumane!!!
