Tension Heightens In Abuja As Multinationals And Embassies Plan Relocating To Lagos Over Worsening Insecurity In The Nation’s Capital.

A northerner, Hidima, has alleged that several multinationals and embassies are contemplating moving from Abuja to Lagos due to escalating incidents of kidnappings and growing insecurity in the Federal Capital Territory.

This comes amid a noticeable trend, with the Central Bank of Nigeria announcing its intention to transfer some of its departments from Abuja to Lagos State.

The decision, as stated by a CBN official speaking anonymously to PUNCH, aims to decongest the apex bank’s head office.

Despite resistance from some staff members who claim tribal motivations, the source insists that the move is primarily for safety reasons and to enhance productivity.

Now I am beginning to feel that the insecurity in Abuja is politically motivated for economic gains. Some persons are sponsoring it

It’s better. Core North is too retrogressive. They should join up with their brothers in Niger Republic.

You're right, a politician from Agulu who's more known for spewing lies and wrong stats is behind the insecurity in Abuja.

Lagos is too close to the ocean to have key government institutions. In case of war/invasion Lagos can easily be captured unlike Abuja.

Nigeria has 36 states and capital cities plus the FCT. Why the obsession with Lagos and Abuja? Why not move to Port Harcourt or Uyo? undecided

Finally, the propaganda and sabotage of Abuja has finally paid off. Just like Warri and Jos, it's deja Vu once again and Lagos is about to corner everything including FCT status.

Tinubu well done o.

People wake up
overdose on free eba and start talking rubbish
You have a phone use it to do a little research

MOST CAPITAL cities in the world are close to the sea

REPEAT

MOST CAPITAL CITIES IN THE WORLD

Is Abuja not already captured by kidnappers?

Like I said
Do research before opening your mouth to talk Rubbish

The only people that have the capacity to capture Lagos from the sea can capture Nigeria from Anywhere

The real question is
Which one is worth capturing? Lagos or Abuja?
If you capture Abuja without Lagos. OR
Lagos without Abuja which is more impactful

Mission accomplished
Cause lots of insecurities in Abuja, use that guise to move back some head offices back to lagos.
Unless the military takes over, tinubu and his gang will take over Nigeria for the next decade and nobody will do anything about it.
Nigerian re-branding already happening.

If you failed to replied to your tribesmen who made the below comment what then is the essence of quoting the guy ? You think we can't see Tru your chronic hate deciet bigotry n tribalism you clowns wail about senselessly ?!

You seem to have forgotten how you taunted the Hausa Fulani for the entire 8 years of Buhari. You were not informed ? You were hoping Yoruba will be docile n allowed you clown dictate the narrative like you did then.

Beta get sense n cure the tribalism that as plagued your life all the while before accusing those superior to you of tribalism after many decades of sheltering the wretched among you ungrateful ingrates.

Your generation said more than that and insulted northerners for 8 years during Buhari's government now you are the one wailing on behalf of the same northerners you hate so much.

You are delusional if you think Tinubu or any one in the west is interested in championing any ethnic agenda, south west is just too bless but since your losers generation can't compete your jealousy and enviousness is pushing you to result to propaganda to sabotage the west.

GEJ sidelined Yoruba and put Igbo everywhere but it didn't stop Yoruba progress. Keep wallowing in your bitterness and jealousy it will only consume you.

Attack Yoruba for the next years but start seeking for their votes and start preaching love a few months to election.

PDP is planning to make a Yoruba man a VP in the next presidential election and even south west PDP is going to fight for the slot because Yoruba prefer to pull their weight and we also have the money to back it another Yoruba may become a VP again and even president after Tinubu exit without Igbo smelling that seat.

Insult and mock Yoruba very well so we can all know your true colour the moment everyone in the west see you for what you truly are is when you will know what tribalism really is.
