Soludo is not the worst in the east currently: Enugu State has a governor who is doing nada, which is why the state no longer features in any discussion about development in the Southeast. I know this and I see it. The question is would the slabs be constructed and successfully installed to cover the full length of the gutter? . Most open gutters in nigeria have that provision but you do not see slabs on it.
