I don’t believe that. There’s no banking software that doesn’t come with date and time of transaction. That you do not see it doesn’t mean the backend staff and over-the-counter tellers don’t see it have access to it

Actually most times they don't place the slabs, that's the challenge.

They only place it at entrances to adjoining roads, houses or shops to aid entrance.

But overall, trust JB to do a very good job 👍

I've not seen anywhere that there is a total slab covering for sideways gutters. Slabs are constructed for entrances. Other places are left open for easy drain. If the whole gutter is covered with slab it will make a mess of the construction.

The only gutter that is completely covered with slab are those gutters that run in-between road. Sometimes they act as road demarcation. The gutter is always higher than the two lanes and will have total slab covering cos ppl do use it as a walkway. There will be openings by the two sides for water drainage while there will be manhole on on top in case of maintenance.

So ppl should stop talking about what they don't have good knowledge of.
