16 Plateau Assembly Lawmakers of the PDP Sacked By The Court Of Appeal Says all Plan has been concluded for their resumption to the official law making duty Tuesday, January 23rd, despite the judgment that nullified their election.

The law makers claimed that the Supreme Court judgment that validated the election of Governor Caleb Mutfwang has vindicated them as valid members.

At a briefing with journalists in Jos, the lawmakers boldly assured that they would be resuming on Tuesday when the House reconvenes.

They also confirmed that members of their various constituencies will follow them.

APC and fraudulent court judgments are like identical twins in Nigeria. Muftwang will have to cut soap for his fellow PDP members on how he was able to obtain justice when the rest of them could not.

Thank God there are still some Supreme Court Justices with conscience.

They just want chaos in their own State. Do they now want to rewrite the constitution to favour them? While it is unfortunate that there was a miscarriage of justice on the issue, the Nigerian constitution clearly dictates that all legislative cases end at the Appeal Court, this is an invitation to anarchy in the State. If available, they should explore other judicial means to retrieve their mandates, otherwise, they should sheath their sword, because the other party who won at the Supreme Court won't fold their arms. Last last, nah ordinary people go suffer am.

it is beyond unfortunate what happened to them but that is no reason to act illegally especially for a body supposedly charged with making laws.
