You guys should move pass oshimen please
Move on and give every player same treatment.

If he later picks up.fine but for now give other players equal opportunities.

He has been better than chukwueze, and Simon despite missing chances. I will rather moffi to replace chukwueze or Simon let’s play our 2013 formation

I always see things even before it happen. Few years ago, I was complaining about osimehn missing easy chances and people thought I’m hating. Now, we can all view it for ourselves. When I like a player, I try to be helpful and ensure that, they maximize their potential and whenever there’s a weakness, it must be addressed. Boniface is presently one of my favorite SE player and my intention is to ensure that, he doesn’t self destruct. Go to his twitter and ask yourself if Cristiano or Messi will be posting similar content? Yes, I’m comparing our superstars to Messi, Ronaldo after all they don’t have 2 heads

Lol Emilio Nsue has been the best striker of this tournament from the Spanish third division. Salah is the best player in Liverpool 🤣😂🤣😂

Moffi can play on the flank.
There is a better chemistry between Moffi and Osimhen than Boniface and Osimhen

Look man - Osimhen - Moffi

That should be our front three going forward.

Let’s have Moffi take shots
Iheanacho and other guys need to be involved in this tournament o
Drop Osimhen, he can come in second half
He’s only good at aerial balls and high pressing
Watch Senegal and see how they’re scoring half chances
Drop anyone not in form abeg
The next 4 games you need to be at your utmost best or you’re going home

Nsue is a legend in his country. Hv been with the team many years ago as a young star when he was still active with Mallorca in laliga

He is the best they hv and if they had the luxury of having 1-2 strikers doing decently well in top European leagues I doubt he will still be in the team till date
You've said it all.

Besides, noticing the PR CAF is pushing for VO? Male this guy no waste this free PR o. Lol.

Move Moses Simon to right wing
Chukwueze cannot cross with right foot to save his life neither can he find space to shoot
Either he plays left wing or don’t play him at all
Only Lookman is comfortable crossing with weak foot
Play old school
Left foot player playing at the right isn’t helping us

Watching the highlights of all our matches and to be honest, we just need to get our finishing in order and we are good.

Osimhen missed a clear 1v1 against Eq G, missed another 1v1 against CIV and missed 2 clear headers against Guniea B.

He buries those chances and its:

2-1 win to Eq G
2-0 win to CIV
3-0 win over Guniea B

Our team is creating enough chances to win the game, we just need to be clinical. 1-0 is all you need to advance in the KO rounds and to win an AFCON.

Defense wins championships at the end of the day. But our attack needs to give us something to defend to begin with.

Our over reliance on Osimhen might cost us at the end. If he continues misfiring, we are going to get kicked out of the tournament.

We have had coaches that gave other forward chances and they took it!! Aghahowa in 2000. Osaze in 2004. Give moffi or onuachu the chance to start.

Why are we so fixated on a striker who probably left his scoring boots in naples? Now they are coming up with weird excuses.
"He is a fear factor." "His aura made the defender score his own goal." Bleh bleh. Defenders are now aware he is markable and they are gonna mark him out!! Shey defenders come play for this tournament?

They would have nailed Paul or Chuks on the cross for missing such strikes.

messi rarely uses social media. He is even yet to post his recent fifa the best award on his Instagram. And you have been on this Ronaldo issue and it's not true. Ronaldo uses his Instagram especially to wreck havoc. Leave the boy alone.

Na so dem wan use Salah PR wound us for the last AFCON. It was a Salah wankfest, and I know for sure they wanted Egypt to win that tournament to continue the hype.

Contrary to some of the takes I have seen here, I don't think Osimhen needs to be pulled off, rather, he needs to be partnered up.

There was a pass he gave inside the 18-yard box in that game and nobody was there to receive it, if Kelechi was there, it would have been an easy tap in. Our players lack positioning, the 4th goal EQG scored, was basically from a rebound shot and it was because a player was there to capitalise.

Our team has no such player. I have lost count of how many times I have asked why players are not in positions to poach goals. Their positioning is shit, and people like Chukwueze don't know when to release a pass. Hell, I even saw them dodging a pass. How you go stand, dodge pass? Why will you allow a ball you could have easily kicked into the box, to go into corner?

There is a serious coaching problem with this team and it is clear Peseiros has no idea how to use attackers. You watch how good the attacks are in so many of these AFCON games and it just makes you pissed.

We have not had any decent goal in a tournament filled with spectacular goals. Our play has been lethargic, our attack abysmal and it is 65% a coaching problem.

Cape Verde spirit is similar to the spirit of the golden generation of the 90s. Especially that Atlanta 96. Iffulike score them for dying minutes, they'll come for you with precise Never Say Never and equalize. I commend the quickness behind the Egyptian goal. Oooph.

So two ivorian goals were even disallowed? But which coach puts Pepe as 9😭🤣🤣🤣🤣

I hope they set this up fast. See the two headed chances Osimhen suppose bury. Those kind misses are painful when we are behind. Iheanacho back in lineup might just be our turnaround.

Una see am, one of the pundits just said that super eagles are playing tournament football and that’s the best way to go in tough competitions like this with weak teams getting better

Yes, I and my brother said this.

Tournament football is very ugly, and the entire point is to get the win, not to play flair.

I just wish some of our attacks will actually make sense, because you can play tournament football and still entertain.

Senegal seems to have hacked this thing. They have struck a balance between technical football and the aggressive football that AFCON sometimes necessitates. Watching them has felt a lot like watching Keshi's 2013 team, albeit more refined. Aliou Cisse should be proud of what he has done with that team.

I'm hoping our own ball gets better with games, but I'm not holding my breath

Oga Icon, those errors from Ghana were horrendous. A shambolic showing.

I'm watching all the videos of their Press Men harassing the players, and it is all so funny to watch.

What Ofori did cannot even be classified as a schoolboy error because schoolboys are smarter, and then to do that at a crucial time?

The less said of the bad luck that is Dede Ayew, the better. Hopefully now that he has broken the AFCON record for most appearances, he can retire. None of his mates was on that pitch today.

If you study the pattern of this Afcon, leads don't last. That's where you gats commend our defenders o. Because explain how 2-0 turn 2-2 or 2-3 in barely 5-12 minutes of a game. The consistent theme of this Afcon.

The Thriller!!

😂😂😂😂 truly its big lows and big highs. No medium delivery of anything they are offering. Cape Verde will give us big problems, especially with that their sleek transition into boxes. 1 open play goal and from 1 attacker alone shows the other attackers are not offering any bite. Emenike has Ideye. It's time Osimhen gets his own telepathic Ideye if we want to win this.
