I've sent you the direct phone number of the British home office. All questions about migration should be directed to them. They are the only ones who can answer why Kelechi was issued work permit but now Nwakali. You can't ask me to speak on their behalf. If you no get airtime tell me, I will assist you.

As you no dey hear word. Bro whether pretty or gri gri football, we are not playing well. Make dem knock us out first on top this tombo football we are playing, our eyes go clear. I have no problem with the defense. But you see that attack? Lord!

It is not about pretty football. It is about the glaring limitations of our midfielders and wingers! Maybe with Alhassan back, things might change!
Thank you. You put it better than I ever could.

bro that’s the way to play in competitions especially in the knock out phase

But many here are obsessed with pretty football
We are not playing tournament football yet. Our opponents are still having sight of our goal. We did it well against CIV, but against GNB, they out played us in everything. If the team must play tournament football let them stick to it. Tho na bandit football it be.

Contrary to some of the takes I have seen here, I don't think Osimhen needs to be pulled off, rather, he needs to be partnered up.

There was a pass he gave inside the 18-yard box in that game and nobody was there to receive it, if Kelechi was there, it would have been an easy tap in. Our players lack positioning, the 4th goal EQG scored, was basically from a rebound shot and it was because a player was there to capitalise.

Our team has no such player. I have lost count of how many times I have asked why players are not in positions to poach goals. Their positioning is shit, and people like Chukwueze don't know when to release a pass. Hell, I even saw them dodging a pass. How you go stand, dodge pass? Why will you allow a ball you could have easily kicked into the box, to go into corner?

There is a serious coaching problem with this team and it is clear Peseiros has no idea how to use attackers. You watch how good the attacks are in so many of these AFCON games and it just makes you pissed.

We have not had any decent goal in a tournament filled with spectacular goals. Our play has been lethargic, our attack abysmal and it is 65% a coaching problem.
This is what riles me. It's such a shame that we have managed to score only one goal from open play.

Stop begging foreign based players
Properly scout for players in NPFL and improve them
What’s this BS I hear about going to beg olise

When it seemed like we were gonna beg odemwinge to play for us in Afcon
But Keshi picked a few decent & hungry players from the local league and won Afcon.

Why can’t they pick a few local quality guys and groom them with friendlies before the next Afcon in Morocco

Isn’t that the blueprint Keshi used

I don't know how many times it has to be said, but using local players in the national team comes with my problem..
After like 2 or 3 games, these players and their agents will be looking for clubs in obscure leagues like Moldova, Sri Lanka, Cambodia,etc.. will you still invite them? Obviously not.. you will have to call up replacements for them...and then the cycle goes on..

Keshi winning the AFCON with local players was a masterstroke, but in the long run, it didn't last...
Our league, and indeed the country is a bigger mess than during Keshi time and as such, everybody wants to japa.. There is this guy who was leading the NPFL scoring chart this season, but guess what, he is now playing in Libya..

So why wasn't Awoniyi given the work permit? What in the name of blind argument are you making? You're just being willfully dense.

He wasn't special talent like Iheancho and Nwakali. Best players of the tournament then are guaranteed work permit.

It's not a coaching problem, it is a "decision making" problem.
Truth is, you can't coach "decision" into a player. A fit kelechi playing the role chukwueze is playing would be different.

😂😂😂😂 truly its big lows and big highs. No medium delivery of anything they are offering. Cape Verde will give us big problems, especially with that their sleek transition into boxes. 1 open play goal and from 1 attacker alone shows the other attackers are not offering any bite. Emenike has Ideye. It's time Osimhen gets his own telepathic Ideye if we want to win this.

Nwakali wasn't granted a work permit. I don't know how many times this has to be said. His agents made an error, they should have sort for guarantees before signing for Arsenal, othwerise, he would have been better off at Ajax who presented him a contract but Arsenal's was 3X more with no work permit guaranteed.
He could have been the tailor made replacement for Dejong.

The only thing stopping chukueze is his brain. He does not have a footballing brain. He is pharos more skillfull faster etc than a lot of players but his decision making and understanding of football let's him down. When to shoot when to pass his awareness is below average. Other less talented players end up making more impact than him. It is sad.
He perhaps was not well trained in nigeria

This Nwakali agenda is getting suspicious. Is it that clubs are not seeing what is being seen here. Not sure national team is where you revive your career but rather where you show what you can do.

Super Eagles stand-in captain William Ekong has said he will be back in training later this week after a knee injury sidelined him out of the team’s final AFCON group game against Guinea Bissau.
