There's no race that wouldn't get excited when you don't use their language as your only official identity. The problem is, you have no identity as a nation(false nation) to compliment a particular indegeneous language with english, so how would they get excited?

If a Nigerian man speaks german,spanish etc, their nationals will definitely get excited.

Even when other tribes in nigeria speak your own mother tongue, you get excited because their is an innate feeling of different nations in a country

Just yesterday a pepper red 2018 Lexus Rx 350 drove out of my street and parked by the Estate gate to patronize a Bole & Fish seller.
