Dino is the sick one. If the people in charge repaired it would they have resorted to this? Frustration can make you do supid things. Who knows how long it has been faulty and people in charge didn't care. Instead of him to charge those that are responsible to fix it he is talking trash
Las Las this attention they have drawn will make those in charge do the needful. So it was worth it

. Maybe there are forces that gather and do a number on on the transformer causing the regular blackouts. I experienced this when I was in Uyo. For almost a month I was there it was always blackout and anytime the transformer is fixed it simply goes bad again in a few hours. Haaa the night forces I experienced there no be here. Fearful noises at night.
