If the births are normal, the vj will always return to original size. It is just common sense. But if there is one complication or another and there is structural damage, that is something else. Otherwise it's mostly just psychological. Bottom line: the widest vjs are NOT from child birth or anything done by the woman, but from nature - just as some dicks are ridiculously small.
