"Departed for transit country" since the 2nd of December.

Reached out to the seller they said I should open a dispute.

Should I be worried?

You have nothing to worry about!

If the order was placed on November 27th (about 2 months ago) ,then the item is still withing buyer's protection period. What this means is that you can only open dispute at the end of the 'period', which is usually 65days, counting from the day the order was placed, and your refund is sure if it's confirmed that the item didn't get to you.

The delay is nothing but logistics 'palava' occasionally experienced on items passing through "Transit country".

Interestingly, I ordered the Anker Soundcore Motion Boom during the 11.11 sales and it was delivered in less than 3 weeks....

The irony of life!

Your item must have been at your NIPOST office since December. Visit your post office with the tracking number as some packages dispatched around that time got delivered in late December without an update of arrival. Your NIPOST de do you one kain if dem no notify you.

Bro pls help me out, I bought an item from aliexpress 11:11 but it's been handled by NIPOST but after so much waiting, I contacted they but they said that the item is now in uyo state while am in enugu, but right now aliexpress has confirmed the order but when called nipost to narrate what happen they said that's it's only the Singapore post can direct them on where to take the item.

Your package was shipped via SingPost and handed over to NIPOST for lastmile delivery. NIPOST will only work on the address on the delivery sticker.
1. Uyo as the final destination only means that the package isn't yours (wrong tracking number issued to you) or NIPOST erroneously dispatched to Uyo
2. Check your address on your tracking page via browser, not app.
3. If Uyo is your address but you've left to Enugu, you can ask them to reroute it to Enugu. It'd cost you a token cuz it'd be treated as you're sending a package from Uyo to Enugu, not as AliExpress delivery again.

Account number is automatically generated and assigned to customers when they sign up with them. So, it's normal. You don't have to exercise fear
