It is okay to dislike the President, question his integrity and competence but is totally irresponsible to throw an entire ethnic group into it, especially when the voting pattern says otherwise. If it is done against our own people I know I will have a problem with it, so will you.

Awa Lokan but Asiwaju lost Osun and Lagos States, 2 states in the SW, his region of origin. Do Yorubas from those states fall into your equation? We all agree the situation in Nigeria is dire but this isn’t the angu.

I just wanted to point out to the bigots around us that voting along tribal lines does not necessarily mean advantage. Bad economic policies affects everyone including the bigots.

People in the north who carried Buhari on their heads suffered equally from the insecurity as much as those in the south if not more. Now those in the SW are suffering from the failing economy as much as those in the other regions. The lesson is support who you feel can do the job and not who is from your tribe.

Your commentary about people who vote along tribal lines is defeated since Asiwaju lost 2 SW states, invariably, not all Yorubas believed in him.

Awa Lokan, simply means it is our turn! Asiwaju believes it is the turn of Yorubas but that did not translate in the SW as he was carried by the North more than his own region and the disgraceful over-cooking that happened in Rivers.

How do the people of Rivers state factor into this your angu? You are the one who should tender an apology because you have misrepresented facts.

There is nothing specific to bigoted Yorubas in the the embolden. You pretty much lumped the entire region together, forgetting 2 SW states did not want Asiwaju to be President, neither did they believe in the “Awa Lokan” nor voted along tribal lines. So you have misrepresented facts.
