The portuguese commentators in the chanel where I'm watching the game from, did not find any reason for the cancelation of the first goal. Pls somebody should explain exactly why that goal was canceled.

Blatant offside.

Lookman got lucky..needed to aim for the roof of the net.
no mind am. Very empty net and he wanted the spirit of zaidu to possess him and miss that sitter?

Our only weaklink now is zaidu going forward

Defensively he’s over solid but going forward below average

And unfortunately but comes to him most of the time

It is almost like his brain freezes when he get to the opponent’s half

That's the kind of quality that makes him extra special..he and Darwin Nunez...

I hope he gets a goal today
I'm just so glad it's not another African country that has him. Omooo

He has to score today. Favor shines on him. Amen

Who notices that there is some kind of game reading Ekong has that Omeruo doesn't have. Not saying Omeruo isn't good with his own qualities as well, but I think this has to do with their leadership style. Ekong is a far better leader.

The SuperSports anchor just said that Nigeria has avoided defeat in our last 19 matches, in which we scored first.

That's good stats; I didn't even know that. 😲

The same Ekong some folks here said that NFF forced on the coach. That he has expired in the backwater & carpenters league in Cyprus.,🤣🤣🤣

The formation is making him play deeper than usual. He's still been good, though.

This reminds me of that afcon qualifier against Cameroon years back in uyo, right from the start ighalo destabilised both center backs, I'm happy osihmen is doing same today

Osimehn has always done this but emotions won’t let us see this

About a year ago I was complaining how is he going to score for Napoli if he keeps dragging other defenders to himself and creates space for others

Osimehn is a GEM 💎

Right now he can walk into any team in afcon and become and instant starter guaranteed 💯

I disagree Zaidu lacks composure he is a yellow card and penalty in the waiting. He defends desperately

I disagree with you I’ve watched zaidu for 3 years now and on the defensive end he’s rock solid i mean Kyle walker rock solid but going forward that’s a different case

If he brings a pin point cross that’s pure luck and not skill

Don’t know why he hasn’t hired a private trainer and work on his attacking game

Blatant offside.
There was a cameroon player behind the GK and closer to the goal line. You need to check the goal again. I am still scratching my head. Have they changed the offside rule

I guess I'd call it a "Deep lying CM" instead of his usual role as a CAM (Central Attacking Midfielder).

I like that reaction from our bench, this officiating is becoming obviously biased. Imagine no card to Camerounians in all these fouls.

Imagine him mentioning Zaidu and red card. My worry is just Ajayi. I have this fear whenever he is with ball and an opponent is approaching.
