He didn't disband it Bro, what he did is turning it to Biafran Government which is more formal and presentable Internationally so that it won't be seen as a group or a organization but be seen as a government. Right now, we don't bear that name 'Autopilot' we all are now into Biafran Government, just as Esn is now BLA(Biafra Liberation Army) Esn is like vigilante group but BLA is army under Biafran Government, it sounds formal Internationally
