It is ban on all international students. New post-secondary institutions are banned from applying to enrol international students. They will not ban international students to do post graduate programs in their established universities. Daily trust twist the story and did a very bad job reporting the news.

Exactly. Why make it a Nigerian thing. BC is not even one the top destinations for Nigerian international students. The ban applies to new colleges. It does not apply to post graduate studies.
