Nigerians rage after a video of Desmond Elliot generously sharing perfumes, markers and jotters to youths on the streets of Lagos trends.

The actor turned politician was re-elected in the 2023 general elections as the Lawmaker representing Surulere constituency.

The lawmaker took to the streets of Lagos in what looks like an APC rally to share gifts to the youths on the streets.

However, many Nigerians have called him out for his disassociation from reality as they claim most Nigerians are hungry and struggling due to the ravaging economy.

Desmond Elliott always in the news for the wrong reasons. Surprisingly, people he shared perfumes to will still voted for him.

How difficult it is for you to be a good politician, is it that this guy don't have a good advice or is this just pure wickedness.

If for example as a house of assembly member in the space four years you will be in office you can decide to tare one road every year in the space of four years you would have tare close to four road in four years or even sink borehole in your constitucy even if it is two to three in a year by four years i don't think your constitucy will lack water.
