You see, other translation (that I know of) has it as husband of one wife which is the correct interpretation given it's original greek text which was written as μιᾶς γυναικὸς ἄνδρα , which is the husband of one wife.

Then he or she will be ordained by other senior men of God then he can be called a pastor or reverend.
