Please the exchange rate is the issue, it is not a deliberate or habitual act for those that are receiving foreign remittance. Africans are living a better and more secured life. Not in actual security, but future security.

In real sense, you own nothing in the western world. You just need to get it wrong in a big way and you will be back to square one!
