Their actions speaks a lot about their family background. Any parents who ignore bad behavior of their children while growing up will regret it in the future. Their parents failed in their unbringing. I can never forget a lady I lived with in school as she lacks home training and she'll call the mum in my presence put imthe phone on loud speaker and will both insult me. I left the room and till now self she hasn't changed her bad behaviour. I almost had attack cause it was fight everytime. I will travel home from school so I can have peace of mind.

What If their parents were there and did give them the proper training,care and attention needed?! Every adult should be held accountable for the consequences of their actions. As someone who lived with my both parents and siblings,I think Parent blaming is completely wrong. I'm a normal person with no violent tendencies but I've been into a lot of physical fights and troubles that my parents at some point got tired and said they won't be coming to my aide again. I'm actually extremely shy and kind but I think its more on the inner mind (violence and abuse) that causes the violence. To slap someone you must think you're more powerful or superior. Everyone,while growing up at sometime has been aggressive either through fear,anger or another way but knowing the after effects some of us have chosen a more polite and milder approach to life. Yes, I will agree with you that parents mustn't turn away from reprimanding rather than encouraging bad deeds but when a stray that has a mind of his or her own does something terrible you can't blame the parents. Yea,some worthless parents can be unhelpful but not every child with worthless parents end up been aggressive and violent. That some grown ups have lost control on what fantasy and reality is to the extent of taking someone's life doesn't mean their parents are faulty.
People who are going to grow up to be violent and brutal will do so without the aid of anyone. I know people who have wonderful parents with all the care and attention given yet are aggressive asf. When cain killed his brother Abel,God should have blamed Adam and Eve for Cain's behavior. History has shown us that violence and brutality existed in every home so I think you can stop the parent blaming game now.
