Pricing of these refined petroleum products is strategic and can be volatile. Things have to be carefully thought out, the commercial side and the economic impact have to be weighed. Petroleum products especially petrol is at the heart of Nigeria's economy

He has the license to produce all. He has just chosen to start with Diesel and Jet A1 for obvious reasons, cos petrol still has a subsidy, despite what NNPC and FG keep saying.
