Of course, they compliment each other. Bassey has been immense. The reason why I value Zaidu is that whenever he's not there, Ola Aina is drafted to play as a LWB and though he plays well there, his premium effort comes when he plays on the right

Agreed

But Aina sub premium effort isilrs ahead of Zaidu best effort irrespective of the fact Aina is not naturally left footed.

Look at tj number of crosses, defence splitting passes, that Aina put through at least 4/5 quality crosses to VO , which he did not convert.

Add to that his long throw in ability,it's like having a corner kick.

Aina is way more skilful possibly even stronger 💪🏿 and finally COMPOSURE, Zaidu buss none.

He has 2 goals for AC Milan in the champions league. Champions league trumps EPL anyday

It's not so simplistic, it really depends on the clubs you are playing against.

And if it was so easy why did VO not score a single goal 🥅 against Liverpool over the two legs.

By the way, have anyone notice ivory coast and Holland have the same jersey?

Remember how raggedy our midfield used to be with Onazi and Ndidi. You can't play two rugged midfielders. The energy no go jell.

What we should be looking for in our midfield is creativity or efficiency. For gidigbo we already have Ndidi, Onyeka, Frank and Onyedika.

The modern DM ot holding player has the ability to switch from defence to attack create options and even score.

This is what made Ngole Kante the best although he added a phenomenal work rate to complement his skill speed strength and football ⚽ intelligence.

If we win Osimhen will win the player of the tournament.

Carried us all the way to the finals!

I agree 👍🏿 he put the other nine outfield players in wheel barrow and carried them through every match.

You have a wonderful analytical mind.

Liverpool are interested in Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo.

Adarabioyo comes off contract at Fulham this summer and is viewed by Liverpool, says the London Evening Standard, as a replacement for Joel Matip.

Matip will be allowed to come off contract by Liverpool at the end of the season.

However, Fulham are refusing to give up on keeping hold of their defender.

The Cottagers intend to soon restart negotiations with Adarabioyo's camp this month

Why are so many clubs interested in Tosin .

It was here that people said Omeruo is better than him.

We have our own Kante in Yusuf. He just lacks experience. Make the ball calm down small.

That money is enough to make all the national teams run efficiently and fluidly for next 2-3years.

were the deaths related to VAR? shebi it's because we still won the game, imagine it was 0-0 and we scored and it was canceled and 1-0 for naija became 1-0 for SA, do you know how many deaths we will be recording now? I can bet some researchers at FIFA are already looking into this

Make we no argue too much, Euros is coming up in June, we go see how it will go there.

or imagine that south african defender scored that rebound from Nwabali’s punch…many people for perish die to cardiac arrest that night

Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong caught the attention of clubs in Saudi due to his impressive performances in the AFCON.

He’s been leading PAOK to top of Greek Super League and Europe Conference League, he’s very happy there — but the Saudi interest for summer is strong.

The likes of Aina, Moses, mikel,Babayaro all played for Chelsea

I think the clubs Nigerians are yet to play for are
Madrid, ATM, Bayern, Spurs

Ekong was at Spurs if I remember correctly

They literally owned the sport as a whole

Remove usa and they’ll be no basketball

In terms of women basketball the rest of the world are 30 years behind

In terms of male basketball usa is ahead of the world with like 10 years

The Ivorians winning will be a stuff out of hollywood!

Unfortunately, such hardly happens in real life.

The Ivorians will be meeting a team that is psychologically prepared for this game and wanted it more.

This is factually incorrect. The world isn't 30 years behind in Women's basketball. Belgium nearly beat the US just yesterday and lost by 2 points mainly cause of a ref bad call (Kelsey Plum was out of bounds). The US obviously is world champion but the difference frankly isn't much anymore. Countries like France, China, Japan, Germany, Canada etc have great teams that will give the US a run for their money.

For the men, the US men's team literally lost at the last Men's World cup.
