Well, that was for overbilling unmetered customers, and the overbilling happens because

1.Power theft, from the rich and poor

2. Non- cost reflective tarrifs.

When you run a business where many of your customers are not paying for your service, and your prices are not set by you but by government, and the subsidy government pays does not cover the resulting loss, the only option is to rip off some customers who do pay...to survive.

Free markets, yes means things are expensive, but it also means that profits are made and things work well.

In the light of the many things afflicting this country at this point, the least someone can do is to be in solidarity with the government. Look around you, is anything really working? How can the same people in government be the opposition? You have the power, face the work and stop giving excuses. Trust me, no single person can fight the government and win,worst even, people that are breaking the law.

So instead of eulogies to the government, we should steer them to action, not praise them. A lot, I repeat, a lot needs to be done, and a good country is good for all, the reverse is also the case, as you can feel it too.
