The Nigerian team was a team of stars and good ones at that. But it lacked cohesion, thanks to the useful midfield. To make it worse at the final, the team was so edgy. Too many fouls at the first few minutes of play. And after the goal, they went into full defence mode against a confident and very attacking Ivorian side. I think the better team got the medal.

You haven't seen watching again. The worst player and weakest in our team is Zaidu. Anytime he is with the ball I'm always scared he doesn't commit a blunder. Not even one correct crossing into opposition 18 throughout the competition.

See a good team is good because of it's good midfield and ours because of that dreadlocks boy with sagging socks is useless..people and our coach no too see am because onyeka was fit and covering up. Look the south Africans saw that hole but unfortunately onyeka was fit but he wasn't against the ivorians and who else noticed that the ivorians were always attacking from that onyeka wing and why will they not do drug test on that ivorian wey get 2assist..nothing person go tell me because it's not possible to be on 100% energy for 90mins

The coach is not tactically sound, playing the same style of game from the first day to the final. Starting chukwuze instead of moses shows he lack ideas. They were just lucky to get to the final. The packing of buses style didn't work for them dis time and ivory coast played to the extends that aina couldn't come out to help the attack
